phjou Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjou ("phjou," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phjou online gaming platform available at phjou.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a phjou account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the phjou Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the phjou Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

To register and maintain a phjou account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phjou, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the phjou Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

phjou reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Each individual may register only one (1) phjou account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering a phjou account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjou account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phjou will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify phjou immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phjou reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

phjou accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's terms.

All transactions on the phjou Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phjou account holder. phjou reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to phjou's standard processing schedule.

phjou implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Philippine law. Transactions that trigger AML thresholds may be subject to additional review and reporting obligations. phjou will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities in all AML compliance matters.

phjou may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer on the Platform.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all phjou bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• phjou reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus stacking, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

phjou's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

All games available on the phjou Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All phjou games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates for each game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phjou will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account. phjou's decision on all technical dispute matters is final.

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the phjou Platform:

• Use any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engage in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempt to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Circumvent any responsible gaming tools, age verification measures, or self-exclusion restrictions.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

All content on the phjou Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phjou or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phjou Platform without prior written consent from phjou.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

phjou's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjou account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phjou's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phjou collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how phjou handles your personal information are set out in the phjou Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering a phjou account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

phjou is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options, all accessible directly from your account settings.

phjou strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform and to visit our Responsible Gaming page for further resources and support.

Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop.

You may close your phjou account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

phjou reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where phjou reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent or unlawful activity; (c) you no longer meet the eligibility requirements; or (d) closure is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

phjou operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

phjou reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phjou will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the phjou Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
